Creamy One-Pan Cheesy Beef Penne Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Beef or Turkey
  • 1/2 Onion Diced
  • 4 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp Each: Salt Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Dried Parsley, and Paprika
  • 1/4 Cup Roma Tomates Diced
  • 1-1 1/2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 4 Oz Cream Cheese
  • 3/4 Cup Shredded Cheese Mozzarella and White Cheddar Mix
  • 2 Tbsp Tomato Paste

  • In a skillet on medium to high heat, add your oil, onions are garlic.
  • Saute until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add your 1lb of ground beef.
  • Add your seasoning blend to your beef mixture.
  • Next, add your diced tomatoes and mix.
  • Pour in your heavy cream and add your cream cheese and shredded cheese.
  • Let this simmer on low until everything is incorporated and your sauce is thick. Add more cheese if you want to thicken your sauce.
  • Toss in your pasta and mix thoroughly. Garnish with basil and parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
