  • 8 oz dried pasta of choice
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup onion finely chopped

  • 1 Tablespoon butter
  • 1 pound chicken breasts cut into bite-size pieces

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sautĂ© until fragrant.
